At Velura Traders, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with order details and photos for resolution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days as required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Banks may take additional time to post refunds.
- If 15 business days pass after approval without refund, contact us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
