Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes verification, packing, and dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping Availability
We ship to locations supported by our courier partners. Serviceability depends on your delivery address and postal code.

Estimated Delivery Time

India: 5–11 business days after dispatch
International: 11–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, customs, regulatory checks, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, delivery location, and shipping method.

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Updates depend on courier systems and may take time to appear.

Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact number, the shipment may be returned. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

Customer Responsibility

Delays Beyond Control
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics disruptions, customs, strikes, natural events, or regulatory inspections.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and orders fall under our Return Policy.

Security & Compliance
We may delay or cancel orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our system or payment providers. Additional verification may be required before dispatch.
